I have done a lot of administrative work in the last couple of weeks. We now have a database in Microsoft Access to centralize all of our story, visualization, shooting notes and scheduling information. The scene breakdown chart became part of that more comprehensive database. Our Art Team has a schedule now for the production of core concept art, which we tentatively hope to be through by the end of October. The Art Team is meeting twice a week to collaborate on our weekly production theme. Our first drafts of concept art for several characters have been posted on the Members Only Pages. Selected drafts have been posted to the public gallery. We have decided we need two more Artists on the Artistic Design Team and will start recruiting again this week. We need to put together a Creative Direction Team to collaborate on revising the spec script for dialog and turning it into a shooting script. Its seems at this point the ideal Creative Direction Team will be 3-4 Members.

Example reports used during the concept art phase
We welcomed Jonathan H. Liu to our Artistic Design Team as a Concept Artist this weekend. We have started a scene breakdown chart that will facilitate coordinating with our artists during the visualization process. That chart will be posted to the Members Only pages later this week. We are holding one on one work meetings with our artists this week to brainstorm about the look of specific locations and characters. We hope to create a concept art schedule in the next couple of weeks.

Our Artistic Design Team met to discuss storyline and visualization issues on June 30 (notes from that meeting were posted on the Members Only Pages). We all took the July 4th weekend off. We are in discussions with four more concept artists and expect to have completed recruiting in that area by next week. We are still seeking Technical Advisors and Assistant Directors to collaborate on revising the script for production. Version 2.1 of the Script is completed and has been posted to the Members Only pages. The Synopsis has been revised to reflect the changes in the new version. A back story, back story time line, notes on cultural groups within the story and various visualization notes have also been added to the Members Only pages.

Note character names changed since this was created.
