Some of our concepts are being updated with color palletes.  We are going through a lengthy process of coloring (by pencil and crayon) selected storyboard panels and then deriving common palletes assigned to characters and locations. 

We have been designing in black and white so we could layer in color schemes as another mechanism for driving the themes in our Story Reel.

Its been 6 months since I put out our development pipeline for 2007, so it seemed like a good time to revise it based on the progress made so far and our better understanding of the process.  I put out a revised timeline for our members.  In summary we are hoping to have a 3D animatic put together by January 08.

UK Rob introduced us to a trained costume designer also from the UK named Vicki Searle.  Vicki has joined our team and will be collaborating with us on wardrobe designs.
